Sources of inspiration

Good sources of inspiration:
- foods: noodles, muffin, chili, custard… (we’ll have a whole section of these)
- names inspired by favorite book or film (or song): eg: sirius, scarlett, heidi (we have a whole section of these)
- names from mythology (building this section at the moment)
- pick a historical character: nelson, napoleon.. (we have a whole section of these)
- think about famous (or less famous) scientist or artist: nelson, napoleon, einstein, picasso, matisse, mozart (we have a whole section of these)
- pick a place name (towns but also regions or rivers can work) (we have a whole section of these)
- go to a baby name site and pick a foreign name category: Marcel, Leila (careful with this one, these are international times and if you pick too popular a foreign name you will certainly one day meet people named like your dog)
So you could get inspiration from watching a history or cookery show on TV, or surfing wikipedia online, or just opening a dictionary (that’s what a lot of “names” sites seem to have done)
